How to Interact with Your
Audience Members During a Presentation
Aphonia (fictitious organization) is a customer service company that has assessed its post onboarding surveys. Survey results showed that presenters were not engaging, and new employees were bored during the onboarding process and not creating important information. The organization has requested training focused on techniques to improve audience engagement.
Aphonia's goal is to increase engagement and information retention during the organization's onboarding presentations. By employing new presentation techniques, trainers will memorably convey information and highlight key points. To assess the training, the team will do two surveys to review the return on investment. The first survey is post-course to evaluate the trainer's perceptions of the techniques and their willingness to implement these techniques in their presentations. Additionally, an audit of the onboarding courses will assess the implementation of the techniques. Second, participants will be surveyed post onboarding to evaluate the course's perceptions, presentation techniques, and engagement during the onboarding process.
